Privacy
notice.
What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Who we are
Cyber Security London, The Leather Market, London Bridge, London. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email letstalk@networklondon.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to add: company, telephone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write.
- Site usage, only if you agree. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your IP address).
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work you asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract. With your consent, we use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers enquiry form messages to our inbox.
- Google, which provides Analytics.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, then delete them. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it. Email letstalk@networklondon.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site stores two small preferences in your browser: your light or dark theme choice, and your cookie choice. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner; until then Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
